Screen on the Green Film Series Begins June 20 at U of I

MOSCOW, Idaho — June 12, 2019 — Action, magic laughs, and even superheroes, will be center stage at the University of Idaho during this year’s Screen on the Green summer movie series.
Sponsored by the Department of Student Involvement, the free outdoor movie screenings are family friendly and shown at approximately 8:45 p.m., primarily on Thursdays, starting June 20 on the Theophilus Tower Lawn. Blankets and chairs are welcome, and free popcorn is served on a first-come, first-served basis.
In the event of bad weather, Screen on the Green will be held in the International Ballroom of the Bruce M. Pitman Center on campus.

- Thursday, June 27: “Spiderman: Into the Spider-Verse” (PG)
- Wednesday, July 3: “Space Jam” (PG)
- Thursday, July 11: “Shazam!” (PG-13)
- Thursday, July 18: “Incredibles 2” (PG)
- Thursday, July 25: “Dumbo” (2019 – PG)
- Thursday, Aug. 1: “Jurassic Park” (PG-13)
- Thursday, Aug. 8: “Aladdin” (2019 – PG)*
- Friday, Aug. 16: “Grease” (PG-13)
- Saturday, Aug. 24: “Captain Marvel” (PG-13)
*The showing of “Aladdin” is dependent on availability from the distributor. If unavailable, an alternative movie will be selected.
Theophilus Tower Lawn is located off Paradise Creek Street, between Line Street and Stadium Drive in Moscow. Free public parking is available in the Orange and Silver lots off Line and Third streets and in the Silver lots off Paradise Creek Street and Stadium Drive.
