Get Technical Help Virtually
March 27, 2020
U of I may be operating under COVID-19 protocols, but that doesn’t mean ITS is not available to help students with their technology issues.
The Student Technology Center (STC), normally located in the Teaching and Learning Center, Room 128, has moved to the virtual world. The STC is a student-focused service dedicated to supporting the technology needs of students specifically.
Students can continue to access technical support by calling 208-885-4357, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or submitting a ticket for a specific service need on the Technology Portal — support.uidaho.edu. On the portal, you can search self-help Knowledge Base articles to discover how to reset your password, ask a VandalCard question and more. You can also browse services, or just submit an incident and describe what type of help or service you need.
