Shelley McGuire Co-Edits New Book on Human Milk

A new book, “Human Milk: Sampling and Measurement of Energy-Yielding Nutrients and Other Macromolecules,” presents comprehensive and rigorous information on the origins, analysis, concentrations and variation in energy-yielding nutrients and other macromolecules present in human milk. The book was co-edited by Shelley McGuire, a professor in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences and director of the Margaret Ritchie School of Family and Consumer Sciences.
