Third U of I Student Receives Fulbright Award

Olivia Comstock (Philosophy, 2019 CLASS graduate, 2019 University Honors Program graduate) has been awarded a Fulbright scholarship for the 2020-21 academic year. During her Open Study/Research award to Germany, Comstock will use her wide-ranging education in philosophy, art and gender theory to examine practical approaches to engage the public with art museums. Comstock joins two U of I Fulbright students announced earlier this semester: Michael Bishop (M.F.A. Creative Writing, CLASS) and Annarose Qualls (International Studies, Spanish, Latin American Studies, 2019 CLASS graduate). Learn more about the Distinguished Scholarships Program.
