Associate Professor John Cannon Is the Idaho Teacher Educator of the Year Award Recipient

Congratulations to John Cannon, curriculum and instruction associate professor and Career and Technical Education (CTE) program coordinator, for receiving the Idaho Teacher Educator of the Year award from Career Technical Educators of Idaho. Cannon facilitates the Idaho Division of CTE’s InSpIRE to Educate program at the University of Idaho for new CTE teachers. Cannon implemented a process for InSpIRE participants to receive credit for prior learning, and as a result, several participants have earned degrees at the University of Idaho.
