Two CBE Faculty Win Best Academic Research Paper Award

Professor of finance Terry Grieb and associate professor of finance Madgy Noguera received the best paper award at the Financial Education Association Conference on the academic research track for their paper "Assessing the CFA Recognition Program: A Survey Based Analysis." The paper examined the process of establishing and administrating a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) directed program with a finance major. Their overall goal of the paper was to review CFA university recognition program from the perspective of institutions that have applied for the CFA recognition and are now in the process of making their CFA program a part of the mainstream experience for the students.
