Theodore O. “Ted” Creason of Creason, Moore, Dokken & Geidl PLLC graduated from the University of Idaho receiving his B.A. in 1970 and J.D. in 1973, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Creason was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 1973 and Washington State Bar in 2002. He was a former Deputy Prosecutor for Nez Perce County, 1975 – 1978. He previously served as a commissioner on the Idaho Commission of Pardons and Parole and as a member of the Idaho State Bar Professional Conduct Board and the Idaho Supreme Court Committee on Rules of Civil Procedure. His areas of emphasis include civil litigation, insurance defense, commercial and corporate law.
Mr. Creason is a member of the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Idaho & International Associations of Defense Counsel, International Society of Barristers and the Ray McNichol’s American Inns of Court. Mr. Creason was President of the Idaho Chapter of the Federal Bar Association from 2005 – 2006, and is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation and the American College of Trial Lawyers.
