Helaman “Helo” Hancock is the Chief Executive Officer of Marimn Health (formerly known as the Benewah Medical and Wellness Center) in Plummer, Idaho. Helo transitioned to the role of Chief Executive Officer after nearly 12 years with the Coeur d’Alene Tribe as Legislative Director and In-House Counsel.
Prior to his appointment as CEO of Marimn Health, Helo’s responsibilities included managing the legislative, political and media affairs for the Tribe as well as doubling as counsel for multiple tribal business entities and large scale tribal government and gaming matters. Helo serves on the Board of Directors of multiple for-profit companies and non-profit organizations. Helo also served as Chair of the Indian Law Section of the Idaho State Bar for multiple years.
Mr. Hancock received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Utah (2002) and a Juris Doctor from the University of Idaho College of Law (2005). Helo enjoys spending time with his family as well as being in the outdoors pursuing his love for hunting and fishing.
