The ITS Help Desk
The ITS Help Desk exists as the primary, central point of contact for any technology assistance you may require as a student, faculty or staff member at the University of Idaho. The Help Desk, staffed by friendly, knowledgeable technicians, is ready to offer support on topics ranging from internet connectivity, file and web services, account and password and any other issues you may have. Student Computing Labs
ITS Student Computing Labs is working for you to provide the very best hardware and software in the 28 computer labs designated for student on the University of Idaho campus as well as maintain the computing lab printers and server storage.
In addition to managing campus-wide computer labs, SCL provides state-of-the-art virtual software support through VLab, which provides specialized software to students at no extra cost.
Classroom Technology Services
ITS Classroom Technology Services is the go-to solution for technology in the classroom, providing programs and training on classroom hardware, as well as managing and maintaining the technology equipment in classrooms around campus.
Technical Support Services, also called OnSite, provides fee-based professional IT service to faculty and staff at the University of Idaho, providing service such as in-office computer support, installation of new hardware and software and emergency troubleshooting.
