How to apply
There are no separate applications for scholarships at the University of Idaho and you’ll be automatically considered when you apply for admission.
Dates to know for the awarding process
September - January
Apply for admission and be automatically considered for merit-based scholarships.
December - February
Priority date for submitting application for admission and supporting documentation for new first year and transfer students. Funding for some programs including federal grants, loans and scholarship programs will continue to be available for late applicants.
Need-based award eligibility determined for admitted students with a FAFSA on file. In late March new students begin receiving financial aid and scholarship notification.
