Did you know that a weed infestation can decrease your land value? Large infestations have been known to decrease land value 30-50 percent. Everyone should be aware of the potential harmful effects of a weed before it becomes established.
Targets of Weed Control
At this time, the Elmore County Noxious Weed Control office is targeting three very invasive noxious weeds in Elmore County:
- Spotted Knapweed
- Leafy Spurge
- Rush Skeleton
It is extremely helpful for landowners to learn to identify these weeds and other invasive plants.
