• Overview
  • The building blocks of health.

A healthy body begins with healthy nutrition. Nutritionists help others understand how the foods we eat, and those we don’t eat, affect our health.

In this program, you'll study the role vitamins and minerals play in the body’s biochemical processes and how diet and dietary supplements affect bodily functions. Explore human anatomy and physiology and learn to calculate caloric needs, plan healthy menus, and advise others on healthy eating.
