Browse and Pre-Register For Spring I Lead Sessions
Tuesdays | 5-6:30 p.m. | Idaho Commons, Horizon
Are you interested in learning more about what it takes to be a successful leader? Want to develop your leadership-self, skills, and knowledge in a fun, self-reflective, and collaborative environment? Would you like to connect with other students who are also interested becoming effective leaders? – Then, the I Lead series are for you…and everyone!
If you love online quizzes, discovering your animal spirit or personality color, we know you are on the right track to knowing more about yourself and abilities. The first step in leadership development is knowing your natural characteristics, values, and passions.
I Lead takes a fun, engaging, and inter-disciplinary approach to exploring and understanding personal development as a leader. Contrary to popular opinion…leadership development is fun! It’s full of exploration, discovery, games, connection, purpose, and impact.
There are no resume requirements to participate…in other words, you don’t need to hold an officer title or position. I Lead sessions are inclusive and meet all students where they are in their personal leadership journey.
Facilitation is conducted by experienced and dynamic leadership development professionals. I Lead offers 3 uniquely packaged sessions in the fall and spring semesters. There are only 25 seats available per session, so be the first to register. Participants must pre-register on VandalSync for each session and may attend as many sessions as they wish.
If you would like to unlock and participate in the secret and fun leadership event at the end of the semester, remember, you must engage in a minimum of 6 hours of leadership development programming, which is at least four I Lead/Vandals Lead sessions.
