Focus on core strength and lower body training at varying intensity levels, including lower back exercises that maintain muscle balance.

This class uses synchronized breathing through progressive postures. The result is improved circulation, flexibility, balance and a calm mind.

Learn to move your body in exotic ways. A fun way to work your whole body.

BLAST = Butt, Legs, Abs, Stomach, Thighs

Get ready to discover muscles you never knew existed! This class uses light free weights and body weight to develop awareness of posture and helps achieve a long, lean body.

A fun way to work out your whole body. Laugh, sweat and get in shape at the same time.

A high-intensity, whole-body workout. With the use of your own body, bands, ropes, sandbells and much more, your whole body will be worked from top to bottom. Let the sweat begin.

Use light hand weights and basic body toning moves that focus on core strength, balance and range of motion.

Endurance rides, hill climbing and flats. Experience exhilarating indoor rides through all types of intensity levels.

A dynamic workout on a gravity machine, designed to provide group strength training that can be individualized for all fitness levels.

A system of controlled exercises to engage the mind and total body conditioning. The blend of strength and flexibility training improves posture, reduces stress and creates long, lean muscles without bulking up.

Learn how to use weight room equipment and maintain proper form under the guidance of a certified personal trainer.

This class will flow you through powerful asanas designed to invigorate your mind and body. With the use of body weight, flexibility and focus, you will gain strength, range of motion and a sense of calm well-being.

Move into balance! Yoga practice brings strength, flexibility and peace of mind. We work with your strengths and your weaknesses in this class.

Low impact movements that increase flexibility, balance, range of motion, vitality, relaxation, mental focus, strength and overall well-being.

Suspension training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability. TRX exercises allow for the use of multiple planes of motion and work multiple muscles and joints simultaneously.

This is a flow yoga class with modifications for all levels. This will open and warm your muscles.

A fusion of fitness and Latin dance, Zumba offers a combination of floor aerobics, salsa and body toning. Dance and lose inches while having a great time.
