All amateur photographers on the Palouse are invited to submit photos to the Outdoor Program Photography Contest. The theme this year is “Grand Adventures”, celebrating the big adventures that you do outside. Photographs are judged on appropriateness of category, presentation and photographic technique. Contest ends Monday, April 3, 2017.
