Within the fishery science program we offer a Bachelor of Science in Fishery Resources, a Master’s of Science in Natural Resources (M.S.N.R) Fishery Resources Degree Option, as a well as a P.h.D program. Whether you’re interested in conservation aquaculture, food fish aquaculture, fish ecology, sustainable management of fish resources or a combination of these disciplines, our comprehensive, science-based curriculum will make you a valuable contributor in this field.

Our graduates are highly marketable and are hired by government agencies and organizations such as the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Idaho Department of Fish and Game, U.S. Forest Service and the Bureau of Land Management and by Non-government Organizations.
