Graham Hubbs is an assistant professor at the University of Idaho. His research interests lie at the intersection of practical rationality and social philosophy.

  • Ph.D., University of Pittsburgh, 2008
  • B.A., Washington University, 1999

Graham's research focuses on the connection between rationality and practical philosophy. It examines this connection in both directions: it analyzes what it is for rationality to be practical and what it means to describe a practice as rational. Graham's writing thus ranges from essays in moral psychology on practical reason to papers in political philosophy on press freedom and digital file-sharing.
