Room Reservations and Event Planning
Whether you are planning a one-time event or hosting a recurring event, we want your experience to be as comfortable as possible. The information below will help you understand the guidelines and details of using our facilities. See the description page for options regarding room arrangement and technological capabilities.
Harbor Center Room Rates
Individuals or entities reserving Harbor Center rooms for the purpose of for-profit business will be subject to the following rental fees. Payment can be made at the front desk on the day of the room rental or we can invoice you.

Please give two business days' notice when reserving rooms. Arrangements can be confirmed or canceled with administration Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Kitchen Facilities
Kitchens for common use are available on both floors of the Harbor Center. These spaces are equipped with refrigerators and microwave ovens. The second floor kitchen also has an oven and dishwasher. Vending machines can be found on the first floor.
University Name and Marks
Unless given express written consent from the university, guests shall not use any name, trademark or other designation of the university (including contraction, abbreviation or simulation) in advertising, publicity, promotion or any other context.
