Career Opportunities
A bachelor's degree in organizational sciences will help you become a better organizational communicator and leader. It has become increasingly evident that many problems in the workplace are the result of relationship failures. These failures range from conflict between managers and employees and conflict between employees and other employees, to lack of proper coordination of efforts, lack of proper understanding of worker capabilities and training needs, and lack of concern for both employee and manager professional development. With an interdisciplinary degree in organization sciences, your opportunities as a leader are endless. Examples of organizations that will need your expertise include:

  • For-profit businesses
  • Legislative bodies and political parties
  • Health care companies, charities and volunteer agencies
  • Boards of education, homeowners associations and church boards
