    Premier Sponsorship - $1000

    This opportunity is only available for our Fall and Spring Career Fairs.  For this consideration, your organization will receive all benefits of regular registration with the added convenience of a reserved parking space, premier table location and additional recognition as an event sponsor on all printed, web and email promotions for the fair.

    Your company name/logo will be:

    • Printed on 30 table tents for a week in the Idaho Commons, viewed by 8,000 visitors daily
    • Printed on 400 fliers, posted throughout campus
    • Displayed on electronic announcement board in the Colleges of Business, Engineering, Education, and the Student Rec Center through the fair. Viewed by more than 10,000 students and faculty daily
    • Displayed on four electronic announcement boards in the Idaho Commons for one week. Ad displayed a minimum of 200 times a day and viewed by over 8,000 visitors daily
    • Listed as an event sponsor on the Career Center website, linking to your company website
    • Published in a half page advertisement in The Argonaut, job fair issue of Idaho’s student newspaper
    • Displayed in 5 all-student email messages, reaching more than 12,000 students per email
  • Registration Details

    One 8 ft. table with table linen, two chairs, on-campus parking pass, receipt and storage of pre-shipped display materials, assistance by students to help you with load in/load out, one table for optional student interviewing, and three weeks of post-fair access to resumes. If you need additional space, you may purchase an additional booth.

  • Refund Policy
    REFUND POLICY: If you cancel your registration at least two weeks prior to the event, you will receive a full refund MINUS a $50.00 processing fee.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS OR NO-SHOWS after this date.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing by e-mail to Jamie Garlinghouse at
  • Interviews
    You have the opportunity to conduct interviews with students you meet at the fair. This is an optional activity, and the registration includes the cost of one interview table. You may reserve additional interviewing tables for $25.00.

    Please note, we are not able to guarantee private interview rooms.

    Check-in will begin one hour prior to the start of the fair.  You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information at check-in.

    NEWSPAPER - The Argonaut (University of Idaho student newspaper): The circulation of the student newspaper provides 6,000 issues and distribution to over 120 locations on the UI campus, Moscow, and Pullman communities.   • Parking Availability
    Fall Career Fairs at the Kibbie Dome:

    You will unload on the east east end of the dome and then park in lots 34 and 57 west of it.  No permits will be necessary on Fair day.  We will have signage to direct you.

    Spring Career Fairs at the Bruce M. Pitman Center:

    When you arrive at the Bruce M. Pitman Center (formerly the Student Union Building) on Deakin Ave, you will receive a parking pass and a map with the closest lots around the building. Your parking pass will allow you to park in the Gold, Red, and Blue lots.

    One-day Visitor's Permit:

    For any campus visit, you can also purchase a one-day visitor's pass online.  Please note that you will need a vehicle license plate number to make the purchase.  If you are planning on parking a rental vehicle, you will need to purchase this permit after renting the car.  To purchase a one-day visitor's permit online, click here.
  • Post Fair Resumes
    Your organization description may remain on our website for three weeks after the fair. Students who were unable to attend the fair in person may submit resumes to you and learn about your organization.

    Can’t make it to the fair? Need to hire new talent before the fair? Take advantage of these free recruiting services at the University of Idaho:

    Hire a Vandal: A free job posting site exclusively used by University of Idaho students and alumni. Recruit recent graduates for entry-level positions and internships or post opportunities for experienced alumni.
    On-Campus Recruiting: Plan a visit to the University of Idaho and conduct multiple interviews during one visit. We can arrange your interview schedule and coordinate a private room to conduct your interviews.

    Information Sessions: Share information and opportunities within your organization with all Idaho students, or arrange an invite-only information session targeting specific students.

    Class Presentations: We can assist you in getting into the classroom and speaking to students in specific study areas or class levels.

    Tabling: Host a table on campus in a high traffic building and share information with Idaho's students.
