Grow to Learn
Recruiting preschool/kindergarten teachers and children (3-7 years old) for a research project aimed at enhancing early science teaching and learning through a teachers’ professional development program — Grow to Learn (GTL).
GTL supports teachers to teach basic plant science via growing sweet peas. This project is the initial step towards creating a scalable professional development program. Results will help us understand the role of metacognition in science education. This project is funded by American Psychological Association.
