University of Idaho Extension employs Extension Educators in 42 counties and on the Fort Hall, Nez Perce, and Coeur d’Alene Indian Reservations. In addition, Extension Specialists and support personnel are located at regional research and extension centers and on the University of Idaho’s main campus in Moscow. Together, these faculty members conduct Extension education programs that address agricultural, natural resources, youth, family, community, and environmental issues. Collaborative relationships with countless agencies, groups, and individuals make possible a vast array of innovative educational programs.

Extension’s Southern District provides lifelong education to adults and youth in southwestern and south-central Idaho.
