Yet his professionalism belies his age. He is poised and confident in his abilities. He has been around golf his entire life, he says, and has worked within golf operations since he was 16. Growing up in Vancouver, Washington, Billings would clean golf carts at a local club and then inquire around the clubhouse: “How does this course operate? Why does it work? Teach me.” Read more

O’Neill has worked at UI since 2005, and has led the development and communications team in the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences since July 2014. She has a bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Washington State University. O’Neill is on the Moscow Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, the Latah County Fair Board and Farmers Market Commission. Read more
