- After you receive a Course Completion Letter from Independent Study in Idaho, wait at least one business day for ISI to record your grade with the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts requested before a grade is recorded with the Office of the Registrar will not include the grade on the transcript.
- View options for requesting Transcripts. The "After Grades Are Posted" option when ordering a transcript in electronic PDF format does not work for ISI courses. If you select this option, the order will not process.
- For University of Idaho sponsored courses, a final grade will be recorded in the semester of enrollment on the U of I transcript. If enrollment is in between terms, the course is placed in the upcoming term, e.g., if enrolled between the Fall and Spring semester, the course is considered Spring semester.
- Unofficial transcripts are only available to current students through VandalWeb.
