Curious about your drinking patterns? Looking for personalized feedback on your use of alcohol?
The eCHECKUP TO GO is an interactive assessment tool that allows students to anonymously enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback on their alcohol use. The web survey takes approximately thirty minutes to complete, is entirely self-guided, and requires no face-to-face time with an administrator or counselor.
Utilizing information entered by the student about drinking habits and family history, the eCHECKUP TO GO then calculates this information in comparison to national and local college norms. Furthermore, the program includes personalized feedback for the student on subjects such as:
- Calorie Intake
- Income Spent on Alcohol
- Blood Alcohol Concentration
- Tolerance Levels
- Genetic Risk Score
- Referral Information
When you take the eCHECKUP TO GO, you will be prompted to provide some demographic information along with information pertaining to your use of alcohol. Upon entering your information, you will submit the form. The information will then be processed and will display your personalized feedback.
If, after completing the eCHECKUP TO GO, you would like to speak to a counselor about your feedback or are interested in more information and resources, the Counseling & Testing Center
has services available for students. The office is located in the Continuing Education Building (on Blake St. across the street from Ridenbaugh Hall), Room 306 or call 208.885.6716. For further information and resources, please contact the Dean of Students Office
