About Our Personal Trainers
Wellness Program Personal Trainers are certified by national organizations such as American Council on Exercise (ACE) or American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Personal Trainers are required to attend continued education offered by outside professional organizations as well as regular in house education meetings to ensure we offer the highest quality of training.
Each Personal Trainer is able to address the training needs of any individual, but each trainer has a back ground in specialized training as well, such as:
Sports specific training
Body building/ figure competition
Weight management
Functional training
Circuit training
Cardiovascular training
Our Personal Trainers Will Improve Your Quality of Life By:
Determining your fitness levels to create a program specific to your needs.
Incorporating your values into your training goals
Teaching you how to self motivate
Providing you with time management strategies
Clearly defining your goals to make them achievable
Assist you in minimizing injury during each session
Provide you with motivation and accountability
