Fill in the blue fields

220 - your age   = maximal heart rate (MHR) 
2.Find your resting heart rate (RHR):
take your pulse one time each day for a minute when you wake up. Do this three days in a row.

3.MHR - RHR = Heart Rate Reserve

4.Heart rate reserve x .60 = minimum heart rate + RHR (resting) = low range
x .6 = + RHR = low range
5.Heart rate reserve x .90 = maximum heart rate + RHR (resting) = high range
x .9 = + RHR = high range
6.Range:
  low beats per minute
  high beats per minute
7.For a 10 second count divide number by 6
