The pre and post game at the Qwest Arena is very family friendly. There will be a variety of activities for the children to participate in.
The University of Idaho Bookstore will be in Boise during Vandal Pride Days Boise. The University of Idaho Bookstore will be at 821 W. Idaho on November 11-12 from 9am-6pm and November 13 from 9am-8pm. Get a discount by bringing in canned food for the Idaho Food Bank. They will also be at the Qwest Arena all day on Saturday.
The Downtown Boise Association offers a FREE shuttle to Bronco Stadium and back downtown. The closest pickup location is at Grove and 6th. The drop-off point is on the east side of the stadium at Broadway Avenue. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes for two hours prior to BSU football games and immediately after the game for one hour.

Across the street from hotel, there is a shuttle that will pick-up/drop off people in front of the stadium as well. Furthermore, for those who need it, The Grove has a free hotel/airport shuttle.

It’s time for the annual canned food drive and contest between the University of Idaho and Boise State. The last three years the University of Idaho has dominated in this competition. The rivalry continues and we are hoping to remain unbeaten. Please do your part to help by bringing your canned food to the Idaho Water Center at 322 E. Front from Nov 9-13 or to the University of Idaho Bookstore location at 821 W. Idaho from Nov 11-13. Receive a discount on your purchase if brought to the bookstore.
RIVALS FOR LIFE: Civil War Blood Drive Between Boise State and University of Idaho
Thursday, November 12, 2009, the American Red Cross will host a good natured competition between BSU and UI to see which university’s fans can donate the most blood. The battle will be held on from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. at the Red Cross Blood Services Center, 5380 Franklin Road.
Fans, students and alumni of both universities are encouraged to donate on behalf of their team. This friendly competition between both state universities brings fans and alumni together and helps raise the awareness of the constant need for blood across our region.
All presenting donors will receive a Red Cross t-shirt as well as entering a drawing for either a BSU or UI gift. The drawing will be held on November 13.
