All Users Contribute
The Swim Center is devoted to serving the University community as a premier academic, athletic, recreation, and fitness facility. All users of the Swim Center contribute to its operation through payment of user fees collected in class registration, daily admission or purchase of pool passes. The process for payment of user fees varies depending on the user.
Semester and Annual Pass prices reflect closing for UI Holidays, Annual Scheduled Maintenance (the Swim Center shuts down for a minimum of 30 days before the beginning of each Fall semester for scheduled maintenance), unscheduled maintenance and periodic facility rentals to user groups.

University of Idaho students contribute to the operation of the Swim Center through their regular student fees. Current students are welcome to swim during lap and open swim periods upon presentation of their Vandal Card.
University of Idaho faculty and staff contribute to the operation of the Swim Center through either daily use fees or purchase of semester or annual passes.
Daily Use
Faculty and Staff users can pay to use the Swim Center on a daily basis by purchasing a daily pass on the Swim Center website and bringing the receipt to the pool check-in desk as proof of purchase. Regular Faculty/Staff users can also purchase 10-punch passes on the Swim Center website, saving money in the process. Receipts for 10-punch passes should be taken to the Swim Center check-in desk and exchanged for a laminated card. 10-punch cards are punched on each entry at the pool check-in desk.
Semester and Annual Passes
University Faculty and Staff may purchase semester or annual passes on the Swim Center website for unlimited access during lap and open swim periods. With semester and annual passes, Faculty and Staff users should bring their Vandal Card in to the pool check-in desk for access.
Spouses and Families
Couples and families that pay daily use fees or purchase passes together receive a discount.
Payroll Deduction for Board-Appointed Employees
Board-Appointed Faculty and Staff users may opt to pay for semester or annual Swim Center passes through payroll deduction. Complete this online form to begin payroll deduction for swim center passes.
University of Idaho alumni, retirees and members of the community contribute to the operation of the Swim Center through either daily use fees or purchase of semester or annual passes.

Obtaining a Swim Center Pass Card
Swim Center Pass Cards are available at the Swim Center check-in desk.
Everyone entering the Swim Center for lap and open swim periods must present proof of user fees by showing a receipt, valid Swim Center Pass or valid Vandal Card.
