Living Learning Community 24-hour Desk

The Living Learning Community (LLC) 24-hour desk is available to students who need general assistance. In the event of an after-hour emergency or maintenance concern, students should contact the LLC 24-hour desk at (208) 885-7379.

The LLC 24-hour desk is also a resource for students who are having problems with their key card access or who have locked themselves out of their rooms. Students living in the LLCs also get their mail here.

Wallace Information Desk

Located in the basement of Wallace Residence Center, the Wallace information desk serves as place for Wallace and Tower residents to pick up packages, and as an equipment checkout for the basement's pool and ping pong tables and gaming systems.

The Wallace information desk has the following hours:

• Sunday: 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
• Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-11 p.m.
• Friday: 8 a.m.-midnight
• Saturday: 8:30 a.m.-midnight
