Room Renewal 2012
Follow these instructions to lock in rates and unlock your success with room renewal 2012.
1. See the Room Renewal dates below to find out during which time you should renew.
2. Log into the Housing Application Portal. Use your Blackboard username and password to log in.
3. Follow the steps to select the room and meal plan you would like for the 2012-2013 academic year.
Room renewal dates
Room renewal will be staggered based on your deposit number.
Phase 1: Same Room Renewal February 8-12, 2012
* All students living in Wallace, McConnell, Targhee, Gem LLC, Mosaic LLC, CNR LLC, Gault LLC, Syringa LLC, Engineering LLC and Scholars LLC may renew to keep there same room for next year.
Phase 2: Same Building Renewal February 15-19, 2012
* All students living in Wallace, McConnell, Targhee, Gem LLC, Mosaic LLC, CNR LLC, Gault LLC, Engineering LLC, Syringa LLC and Scholars LLC may renew to move to a different room within their same building. This system is staggered based on your original deposit priority number.
* Students living in the Tower and Upham LLC may also renew during this stage to have early priority on renewing a room in a different building.
Phase 3: Different building Renewal February 22-26, 2012
* All students in the residence halls may renew during this stage. This system is staggered based on your original deposit priority number.
Please remember to renew during your assigned times/phases. After your times have passed then all students have access to renew for any open rooms.
By renewing with University Housing you are committing to another academic year licence agreement. Canceling could result in loss of room deposit, $250.
