University Housing is committed to making continuous renovations and upgrades to our residence hall buildings, to create the best environment for students. The following projects are an example of our current renovation projects.
Wallace Floor Remodel
University Housing began a 5 year renovation project to our Wallace Residence Center in Fall 2011.
Fall 2013 will mark the completion of all 4 floors in our Ballard Wing in Wallace.
This renovation includes new carpeting, cabinetry, vanity set's, curtains, lounge spaces, ceiling tiles, paint, doors and state-of-the-art door locks, hall furniture and other minor upgrades.
