General Safety

University of Housing seeks a safe and healthy experience for all tenants while living in the on-campus apartments.  To ensure health & safety, University Housing conducts inspections that assess: Potential Health Hazards; Potential Fire Hazards and Fire Safety; Appropriate Thermostat Setting and Water Heater Safety; and General Exterior and Interior Condition.
