Applying for an Apartment

Thank you for reserving an apartment through University Housing. Please be aware of the following when reserving your apartment online:

• You must be admitted to the University of Idaho for the term(s) you wish to reserve an apartment.
• Upon submitting your apartment application, housing staff will post a $30 non-refundable application fee directly to your student account.
• Once your application has been processed and your apartment is ready to be assigned, you will be notified by University Housing via your student Vandal email account. Please regularly check your Vandal email, as there will be required deadlines for accepting a unit.
• At this time, a $500 deposit fee will be required in order to accept an offered apartment. The deposit will be refunded to you upon successful completion of all terms of your agreement, minus any damage fees.
• You may use a credit card or debit card to pay the deposit online or mail the required deposit to:
