Gift Receipts

When you make a gift to University of Idaho Foundation, Inc., you will receive a receipt for tax purposes for each program you support. If you make a gift online using a credit card, you will receive an electronic tax receipt via email immediately after a successful transaction.

If you wish to claim a charitable tax deduction, the IRS requires you to obtain a receipt for all charitable contributions that amount to $250 or more. Please contact the Gift Operations Office at gifts@uidaho.edu or 208-885-4000 with any questions.
