The Facility

The CEED facility will include two types of space for a total of 30,000 square feet:

1. The General Incubator Space:
19,500 square feet of flexible space that can be divided into bays of 1,500 to 5,000 square feet.

2. Office Space:
An additional 2,000+ square feet is designed for entrepreneurs who are in need of an "incubator office" rather than manufacturing space.  All tenants will have access to resource materials and specialized business training, as well as valuable individual consultations.

3. Specialty Food Processing Plant:
The balance of 7,000 square feet is devoted to specialty food processing.
