Apply for Admission

Applying for admission to the University of Idaho is as easy as 1…2…3. Follow these simple steps: 

1. Submit an application for admission.

Apply online and submit your $50 application fee and transcripts by February 15 to be considered for the maximum amount of financial aid and scholarships.

2. Review the equivalency process.

Review our course equivalency guides from many U.S. colleges and universities to find out how your credits will transfer. Also, learn more about our transfer agreements with regional community colleges. They help ensure courses and credits transfer seamlessly.

3. Prepare to register.

Once you have been admitted to the University, contact your advisor to discuss your major and goals, review your transfer credits and the classes you need, and prepare to register.
