Future Delivery

To SEND a message with future delivery date dial 5-0086
Select 2, to SEND a message
Enter the recipient’s 10 digit phone number or a group list number, then press #
An announcement will indicate who will receive the message.
Enter the number of an additional recipient, then press #
To record your message, press #
Record your message

Enter the date you want your message delivered using two digits for the month, follwed by two digits for the day

    Example 0 6 + 01 = June 1 
    1 1 + 30 = November 30 
    Or press # for today’s date.

Using standard time, enter the time you want your message delivered using two digits for the hour, followed by two digits for the minute 

    Example 9 3 0 = 9:30 
    1100 = 11:00

Press 1 for AM, press 2 for PM delivery
Voice Mail will replay the time and date you selected for future delivery of your message.

After you record and address your message, you can SEND it as a regular message by pressing # or simply hanging up, or you can select the following DELIVERY OPTION:

You choose the date and time of message delivery. FUTURE DELIVERY messages are stored in your own mailbox .

Press 2 to select Future Delivery status for a message.
  • Press 1 to keep this time and/or date
  • Press 2 to change this time and/or date
  • Press 3 to cancel future delivery
To review your Future Delivery messages, access you mailbox and listen to your messages. When you review your messages, Future Delivery messages will play to you after your NEW and SAVED messages.

Mailbox subscribers can schedule a FUTURE DELIVERY message and Send it up to 365 days in the future.

Future Delivery is applicable for messages you record and Send and message you Forward.
