Basic Conferencing from and ISDN Telephone

No Charge Conference Bridge – You can place a 3-party or 6 party conference bridge from any phone on campus. There is no charge for bridging capabilities but are you responsible for all long distance charges.

3-Party Conference Call
Includes host and 2 other parties

1. Lift handset
2. Key in the number of the first party
3. Wait for answer and announce that you are setting up a conference call
4. Press Conference (this will give you dial tone again)
5. Key in the number of the 2nd party
6. Wait for answer and announce that you are setting up a conference call
7. Press Conference (this will join all three parties together)

6- Party Conference Call – ISDN Phones Only

Includes host and 5 other parties

1. Lift handset
2. Key in 681 (key this in once at the beginning of the call)
3. Key in the number of the first party
4. Wait for answer and announce that you are setting up a conference call
5. Press Conference button (this will give you dial tone again)
6. Key in the number of the 2nd party
7. Wait for answer and announce that you are setting up a conference call
8. Press Conference button (this will give you dial tone again)
9. Key in the number of the next party
10. Wait for answer and announce that you are setting up a conference call
11. Press Conference button (this will join all parties together)
12. Repeat last two steps until all parties are on the line
