The Summer Session Office will be using Schedule 25 to assign classroom space, and we plan to to run it mid-March. This will give us a good idea of the percentage of rooms we'll need for academic classes and how many spaces we'll have available for other summer events. After running Schedule 25, colleges/departments/faculty members will have an opportunity to review assigned space and the Summer Session Office can make adjustments to the extent possible and necessary.
Please encourage student advisees in your college to pay close attention to the schedule of classes on the registration Web site. Remind them to print fresh copies of their class schedule just before the start of classes to ensure they are aware of any changes in classroom assignments.
