Online Registration is now closed.
If you'd like to register onsite, please bring a check or cash with you to the registration table at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre (Friday night from 6-7 p.m) or to the Wellspring Room in the Idaho Commons on Saturday between 8-8:45 a.m.
Everyone attending any part of the conference on Saturday, April 6th or presenting at the conference needs to register and pay the appropriate fees.

Who may attend the Northwest Women's Studies Association Conference? ▼
Where will conference registration be located? ▼
When does the Conference officially start? ▼
You may check in for the conference on Friday, April 5th at 6:00 pm, before our featured performance by Naomi Grossman. There will be a conference registration table located in the lobby of the Kenworthy Performing Arts Center. In addition, there will be a conference registration table located outside of the Wellspring Room, located on the ground floor of the University of Idaho Commons building. The registration desk will open at 8:00 am on Saturday, April 6, 2013.
Where will the Luncheon & Workshops be held?▼
The conference opening/welcome and lunch will be held in the Whitewater & Clearwater Rooms, located on the ground floor of the Idaho Commons.
Can I just attend one session of the Conference? ▼
Can I bring a guest to Naomi Grossman's performance at the Kenworthy? ▼
Yes, anyone is welcome to attend her comedy performance at the Kenworthy. Registered conference attendees will be admitted free of charge. Other guests will pay an entry fee for the performance ($10 general admission, $5 students).
I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy? ▼
Up until March 22, please email wcenter@uidaho.edu or call 208-885-2777 to cancel your registration. After March 22, a nominal fee will be retained for any canceled registrations. No cancellations will be accepted after April 1.
I can no longer attend the Conference but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy? ▼
If you are unable to attend the conference, you can transfer your registration to another person by emailing wcenter@uidaho.edu by Monday, April 1, 2013.
I have some dietary restrictions/special needs, how do I inform the Conference Planners? ▼
I would like to reserve a hotel room in Moscow, close to where the Conference is taking place. Which hotel should I contact? ▼
A blocks of 15 rooms has been reserved for the Northwest Women's Studies Association conference at the Best Western University Inn, which is within walking distance of campus. Please ensure you request the conference rate when making a reservation. The rate is $119.00 per night and includes a full hot breakfast. This block of rooms will be released on March 5, 2013.
Please note: Friday, April 5, 2013 is Vandal Friday, one of the University's main spring recruitment events. As such, hotel accommodations in town are likely to be limited. PLEASE book early to avoid disappointment.
