The University of Idaho was proud to host the 2013 Northwest Women's Studies Association Annual Conference.

About the Conference

Held this year on the University of Idaho campus in Moscow, ID, the regional Northwest Women's Studies Association annual conference featured educational sessions, workshops, panel discussions, academic papers,  performances of creative works, and cutting-edge entertainment around our theme, "Faces of Feminism: From Furious to Funny!"

WHEN: Friday, April 5 - Saturday, April 6, 2013

WHERE: University of Idaho Commons building

HOW: Registration was made available both online, and on-site.

CALL FOR PROPOSALS: The proposal submission deadline was the end of January. Individuals were notified of the status of their proposal at the end of February.

VOLUNTEER: The Women's Center provided a number of opportunities for students to volunteer for the conference and save money on the student registration fee.

SCHOLARSHIPS: A number of student scholarships were generously donated by friends and supporters of the Women's Center, including:
