Instructions for Updating Your SHIP Waiver
Follow these instructions to update the health insurance information submitted in your SHIP Waiver Form. This option is only available to students who chose to waive enrollment in SHIP during the open enrollment period. Email the SHIP Office if you have questions.
- Follow this WAIVER UPDATE link to the VandalWeb login page
- Login with your Student Identification Number and PIN number
- Go to the Student Information / Registration Menu tab
- Select the Student Health Insurance Program (SHIP) Menu
- Select Update SHIP Waiver Information (available for current term only)
- Update the insurance information you submitted for a SHIP waiver
- Submit the new information (all fields must contain text for submission)
- A change confirmation e-mail will be sent to your official VANDAL e-mail account.
Late Enrollment in SHIP
If you wish to enroll in SHIP as a Qualified Late Enrollee go to the SHIP Forms page for information and instructions.
