Print Proof of Insurance Card--print each semester

  1. Log In to Vandal Web (using the link above)
  2. Select the current term 
    -If you were enrolled in SHIP for spring semester it also includes summer coverage. Please select the appropriate Spring Term when requesting your proof of insurance card.
  3. Follow the instructions. 

Note*: The Student Health Insurance Program does not send health insurance cards unless requested. A proof of insurance card will be e-mailed to your official University e-mail account when requested through the link above.
