Appointments & Walk-ins

Do I need an appointment?
Before stopping in, we urge you to make an appointment for services by calling (208) 885-6693. Many appointments are available the same day. We strive to make your visit as quick and easy as possible. By scheduling an appointment in advance, you’ll spend less time waiting and be able to see a heath care provider best suited for your needs. You must present your UI Vandal Card at the time of each appointment.

What if I have to cancel my appointment?
If you are unable to keep your appointment, we require you to call and cancel prior to your scheduled time. If you fail to show for your appointment, a $15 fee will be charged to your student account. Please be considerate and cancel your appointment if you cannot make it, this will help insure your fellow students have access to this limited campus health resource.
