The Moscow Parent-Toddler Cooperative (MPTC) is a family-oriented, non-profit organization dedicated to the education and development of young children and their parents. MPTC offers positive growth opportunities for toddlers by providing quality group experiences including hands-on activities, music, free play and organized field trips. MPTC meets each weekday morning from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at the Latah County Fairgrounds in Moscow from September through May. Members choose which days and how often to attend. All children are welcome who are under the age of 4 years as of September 1. Parent(s) or guardian are required to attend with their children.

OASIS Early Learning Center offers a variety of academic year programs for toddlers, preschool aged children and kindergartners. The morning preschool program is for ages 3-5 years, while the afternoon program is designed for the older preschool child. OASIS is a small program with a maximum of 12 children each session with 2 teachers. A variety of enrollment options are available. The Kindergarten Enrichment program meets two afternoons each week and emphasizes art, music, science, literacy and French. The Play Days and Learning Ways program is designed for children aged 2-4 and their parents, and can act as a bridge between informal playgroups and a preschool program. Each Play Day has a variety of play and learning activities centered on a theme. Activities include art, music, stories and free play.

Located in the Margaret Ritchie School of Family and Consumer Sciences, the lab is an accredited program through the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). Teachers are graduate students and upper division undergraduate student all working on degrees in Child Development and Family Relations. Parent participation is an important component of the program. Operation is on a semester schedule.
