The Moscow School District Adventure Club is a self-supporting, not-for-profit, after school and summer program for elementary school-age children. The program's mission is to provide a supervised environment that promotes intellectual, physical, and social development. Moscow Parks and Recreation offers various recreational activities at no charge at the Eggan Youth Center for kids in grades 3 and up. The youth center is open Monday through Friday after-school until 6:00 p.m. Youth leaders are always present and can provide various activities. From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the TV room, staff will offer to help students with homework. The Eggan Youth Center has three pool tables, a ping-pong table, an air hockey machines, a foosball table, a big screen television, an outdoor basketball court, and tables to do homework on, plus many other amenities to keep area youths busy.
