Want to get involved with Vandal Nutrition? Plan to attend the following events this Spring 2013.
Vandalizing the Kitchen
An interactive, fun, and FREE cooking class for busy college students. All skill levels are welcome! Learn the basics of cooking delicious and nutritious meal quickly and on a college student budget.
Earn Student Recreation Center Wellness credit for attending. Each cooking class will feature 3 easy-to-make recipes and plenty of free samples.
Join the Marissa Lucas, Campus Dietitian at the Student Recreation Center classroom 4:00-5:00 pm:
- Tuesday, January 29: Sandwich Smashups
- Tuesday, February 26: Wok Your World
- Monday, March 25: Vegetarian Cuisine
- Wednesday, April 24: Cooking a la Dorms

Join the Campus Dietitian for a lively discussion on relevant nutrition issues. Bring your own lunch and remember, healthy snacks will be provided!
