The Panhellenic Council is the governing body for the sorority community at the University of Idaho . The PHC officers are members of the Greek community who are elected by their peers into their respective positions. PHC meetings are held biweekly and the Panhellenic Delegate of each chapter attends the meetings. All meetings take place on Mondays at 4:00.
