Submit an Event
Departments and organizations within the division of Student Affairs & Enrollment Management may use the following form to submit events to corresponding department calendars.
Event Submission Guidelines
- Check the university events calendar to make sure the event hasn’t already been submitted.
- Event Name: Clearly and concisely state what the event is. Leave details for the description.
- Description: Include time, date and location within the description and bold.
Give a short description of the event (2-4 sentences, if possible).
List who to call or email for more information.
- Website Links: List the corresponding website or news release where audiences can get more info.
